Shipping Details

You will be provided with the shipping quote after receiving your Order return request. We promise high quality of the boards however a 30 day replacement period is provided in case of defective boards.

Return Details

While all of our products go through strict quality checking, it may be possible that you need to return it for some reason. In that case, knowing about the return details beforehand will ensure everything works smoothly.

We do not entertain Returns unless you are issued an RMA from our side.

  • Products which were contacted with food
  • Used Products
  • Products that were ordered more than 30 days ago
  • Products without any proof of purchase
  • Engraved Products
  • Broken products after use
  • Custom designed boards with wrong measurements from your side

Variance in Products

Because of the natural variation of wood grain, there will some differences between the color of the product showcased here and the one you receive. The quality will be the same but the grain pattern will differ. These are not defects and a natural property of wooden cutting boards.
